Elvarra currently focuses on delivering orders to customers in Qatar. We aim to provide a convenient and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. After processing, our standard estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address information, customs procedures, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number during checkout. If incorrect information is provided, delivery may be delayed.

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available method.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and product.
